PRODUCTS & CUSTOM APPAREL DISCLAIMER
Many Luxe Label items are custom-made or made-to-order, including apparel using DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing.
• Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings, fabric type, or print process. • Print placement and sizing may vary slightly. • Turnaround time (TAT) begins after payment is received. • All custom and spirit wear items are final sale unless damaged or incorrect due to our error.
PRICING, AVAILABILITY & MODIFICATIONS
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or discontinue products at any time.
BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information. Orders suspected to be reseller or bulk abuse may be limited or canceled.
PROHIBITED USES
You may not use our site or content for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. Violation may result in termination of service.

Due to the custom nature of our products:

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect: • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery • Provide clear photos of the issue • Approved replacements will be issued (no refunds)
SHIPPING POLICY
• Turnaround Time (TAT) is 10–15 business days AFTER payment is received • TAT does not include shipping transit time • Luxe Label is not responsible for USPS or carrier delays • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement
